Blanket Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 18–20 dumpling wrappers
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Avocado oil
- Soy sauce
- Chili crisp
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Mix the ground pork with green onions, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper, chili crisp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until well combined.
- Scoop the filling into even mounds on a sheet pan, spacing them apart.
- Lay a dumpling wrapper over each mound and pinch the edges to seal like a little blanket.
- Drizzle with avocado oil, add the chicken broth to the pan, cover, and steam for about 10 minutes until pork reaches 160°F internally.
- Garnish with soy sauce, chili crisp, green onions, and sesame seeds, then serve with rice.
