Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bow Tie Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 12 oz bow tie (farfalle) pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Boil the bow tie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Season the cubed chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in the Parmesan and half of the mozzarella until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella, cover and let melt for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
