Carnita Asada Marinade

Ingredients
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp avocado or canola oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ white onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Maggi Jugo seasoning
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
Method
- Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, and oil in a large bowl or dish.
- Stir in the minced garlic, sliced onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, Maggi Jugo seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, Mexican oregano, ancho chili powder, and kosher salt; mix well.
- Add the meat to the marinade, coating it thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to marinate.
- Grill the meat over high heat to desired doneness, then rest briefly before slicing or chopping for tacos.
