High Protein Dirty Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 lb 95–96% lean ground beef
- 1 large green cabbage, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp diced yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chicken bone broth
- 2 tsp smoked paprika, divided
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp black pepper, divided
- Olive oil, about 1 tsp per serving
Method
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with half the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté a few minutes, then mix in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the chopped cabbage, bone broth, and remaining seasonings. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Divide into four portions and drizzle each with a teaspoon of olive oil before serving.
