One Pan Dump Creamy and Spicy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
- 175g Dried Pasta
- Cherry Tomatoes (10 or so)
- Half a Red Onion, diced
- Handful of Basil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 100ml Double Cream
- 400ml Chicken Bone Broth or Veggie Stock Cube with Water
- Big Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
- Grated Parmesan (to garnish)
- Chopped Parsley (to garnish)
- Basil (to garnish)
- Chilli Flakes (to garnish)
Method
- Add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, onion, basil, oregano, garlic, chili flakes, chopped tomatoes, cream, broth, salt, and pepper into one pan.
- Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat until the pasta is tender, stirring every few minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue simmering until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
- Garnish with parmesan, parsley, basil, and chili flakes before serving.
