Creamy Chicken Cornbread Dressing Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned, drained)
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cornbread mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk until combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
