Queso Steak Fajita Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb top sirloin, sliced into strips
- Gordo's cheese dip (use as much as you like)
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sirloin strips and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the fajita seasoning, tomato sauce, and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the rice, stir to combine, cover, and cook until the rice absorbs the liquid.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix everything together.
- Top with queso cheese dip before serving.
