Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (to taste)
  • Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 12 oz cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

Method

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the Kinder's seasoning blend.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker along with the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and heavy cream, and cook until the vegetables are heated through.
  6. Mix in the mozzarella cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
  7. Fold in the cooked pasta and stir until well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
