Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (to taste)
- Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning (to taste)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 12 oz cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
Method
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the Kinder's seasoning blend.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker along with the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and heavy cream, and cook until the vegetables are heated through.
- Mix in the mozzarella cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and stir until well combined and heated through.
- Serve warm.
