Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar mild buffalo wing sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp caramelized onion butter seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until fully done, then shred or dice it.
- Toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
- In a large pot or skillet, melt the cream cheese with the heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses along with the caramelized onion butter seasoning until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni and buffalo chicken to the cheese sauce, stirring until evenly coated.
- Warm everything through and serve hot.
