Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs steak, cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Method
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Sear the steak cubes in batches, browning on all sides, about 2-3 minutes total; remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter for another minute or two.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
