  • 1.5 lbs steak, cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Method

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot.
  3. Sear the steak cubes in batches, browning on all sides, about 2-3 minutes total; remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Return steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter for another minute or two.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
