Steak Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp teriyaki marinade
- 3 cups sliced cucumber
- 2 cups cooked sweet corn
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 2 avocado (diced)
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Season the steak on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the steak about 4-5 minutes per side to desired doneness. Alternatively, air fry at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway, then rest 5-10 minutes.
- Dice the cooked steak and toss it with the teriyaki marinade; set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, corn, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, cilantro, parsley, dressing, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and the cooled steak. Toss until evenly mixed and serve.
