20-Minute Dumpling Wrapper Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- 500g minced pork
- 1 bunch bok choy/choy sum (chopped)
- 150g evergreen dumpling wrapper
- 2-3 cloves garlic mince
- 1 heap tsp cornstarch (for cornstarch solution)
- 3 tsp water (for cornstarch solution)
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs dark soy sauce
- white pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
Method
- Boil the dumpling wrappers for 5-6 minutes until cooked through, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the ground pork until about 80% cooked.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry briefly until fragrant.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, and sugar together, then pour into the pan and stir to combine.
- Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
- Add the cooked dumpling wrappers one at a time, gently tossing to combine with the pork mixture.
- Once everything is well coated, turn off the heat and stir in the cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce.
- Give it one final stir, then divide into two bowls and serve.
