Hot Honey Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • hot honey (Momofuku Goods)
  • soy sauce
  • zest and juice of about 2 limes
  • fresh cilantro
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • chili powder

Method

  1. Combine hot honey, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least a few hours (or overnight for best flavor).
  3. Preheat a grill or griddle (such as a Blackstone) to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and lightly charred, about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness.
  5. Let the chicken rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
