Hot Honey Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- hot honey (Momofuku Goods)
- soy sauce
- zest and juice of about 2 limes
- fresh cilantro
- garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika
- chili powder
Method
- Combine hot honey, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least a few hours (or overnight for best flavor).
- Preheat a grill or griddle (such as a Blackstone) to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken breasts, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and lightly charred, about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness.
- Let the chicken rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
