Sloppy Joe Potato Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat, then add the diced potatoes to the skillet.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and let simmer a few minutes to combine flavors.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover, and let melt before serving.
