Tuna Salad with Grapes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans water packed tuna — 5 ounce cans, drained
  • 1 cup celery — chopped
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise — 2 Tablespoons
  • 1/8 cup yogurt, low-fat plain — 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 cup grapes, seedless — cut in half
  • 7 lettuce leaves, — washed and separated

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt and stir.
  3. Add grapes to mixture and stir gently.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve over lettuce leaves.
