Taco Flavored Potatoes

Taco Flavored Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil — or cooking oil of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning — 1/2 package
  • 1/4 cup corn meal

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  3. Wash and scrub potatoes well.
  4. Cut the potatoes in half, lengthwise and then into wedges.
  5. Place potatoes in large mixing bowl, toss with the olive oil until potatoes are well coated.
  6. Sprinkle the seasonings and corn meal over potatoes, toss again until coated.
  7. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
