Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil — or cooking oil of choice
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 6 teaspoons brown sugar — 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix all ingredients and stir or shake well.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Store in the fridge in a bottle or container.
