Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 6 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • ice cube tray or small paper cups
  • paper straws or popsicle sticks

Method

  1. Cut strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Place strawberries and yogurt into blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into 8 ice cube squares (or 4 small paper cups) and place in cut paper straws or popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze and enjoy!
