Spinach Salad with Apples and Raisins

Ingredients

  • Salad
  • 1 package (10 ounces) baby spinach, washed — or kale or other greens
  • 1 1/2 medium apples, chopped — can use 1-2 apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup canola oil — or cooking oil of choice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine spinach, apples, and raisins.
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over salad just prior to serving.
