Shake-A-Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free milk — or 1% low-fat
  • 1 carton (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced — or other sliced fruit

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Place 2 cups of milk in a quart jar with tight-fitting lid.
  3. Add one small package of instant vanilla pudding mix to the jar; screw lid on jar.
  4. Shake until mixture is smooth.
  5. Place pieces of fruit in a serving bowl or paper cups.
  6. Pour pudding over fruit and chill.
