Everything you need to write about, link to, or display The Pantry Butler — and a standing permission so that most of the time you don't have to ask.

The short version. You may say that your product, recipe, video or article works with, connects to, or is featured on The Pantry Butler, and you may use our logo to do it — unchanged, at a readable size, and not in a way that suggests we built your product or endorse it.
You don't need to email us for that. Everything below is detail.
It is The Pantry Butler — three words, each capitalised, including the The. Keep it capitalised mid-sentence too: “saved to The Pantry Butler,” not “saved to the Pantry Butler.” The The is part of the name, not an article in front of it.
thepantrybutler.comTwo marks. The full lockup is the default — use it wherever there's room. The butler icon stands alone only where the name appears nearby, or where the space is genuinely too small for the lockup.

Leave clear space around the logo equal to the height of the butler's bow tie. Don't crowd it with other logos, text or edges.
Minimum sizes: 140px wide for the full lockup, 28px for the icon. Below that the smile stops reading and it just looks like a smudge.
Both marks are transparent PNGs designed for light backgrounds. On a dark background, place the logo on a white or cream rounded panel rather than inverting it — the navy in the butler's face disappears against dark, and an inverted version isn't a mark we've approved.
thepantrybutler.comOne blue does the work. Everything else is ink, hairlines and paper.

If you need a line, take one of these rather than inventing one:
Please don't describe us as a meal-kit service, a grocery delivery service, or a nutrition or medical tool. We are none of those, and the last one carries obligations we haven't taken on.
If your recipes appear on The Pantry Butler, you have a broader permission than the public one: you may use the logo and the name on your own site, channel, press kit and merchandise-free promotional material to tell your audience where to find your recipes — including on a creator link or recipe pack page.
What still applies: don't alter the mark, don't make it your own logo, and don't claim a partnership tier you don't hold. “Founding Creator” and “Verified” mean something specific here, so please only use them if we've told you they're yours.
The gold check on a creator page certifies two facts and nothing else:
What it does not mean. It is not a claim that their recipes are original to them, not a judgement of quality, not a food-safety assurance, and not a warranty of anything they say or sell. Cook at your own discretion, as with any recipe anywhere.
What no badge means: nothing at all. Most creators here have never been asked — their recipes arrived because a cook saved them. An absent badge is not a comment on that creator, and we do not intend or imply one.
Verified creators may earn a commission on subscriptions they refer — 20% for twelve months, or 30% for life in the founding cohort. So the badge marks a commercial relationship, not an editorial one. We would rather you knew that than mistook a business arrangement for a review. See our disclosure.
The commission itself is set out in the creator programme terms.
We can remove the badge at any time, for any reason, without publishing one. If a badge disappears, draw no conclusion from it — we will not be making a statement about anybody, and neither should anyone else.
Email hello@thepantrybutler.com. We answer quickly, and we say yes to most reasonable things.
